These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Trygg Montis website and the purchase of any services from Trygg Montis.
1. Services
Trygg Montis provides website development, custom software and digital solutions, technical consultation, website hosting and management, maintenance, automation, and related technology services. The applicable website listing, quotation, proposal, invoice, or written agreement defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price.
2. Pricing and Payments
Prices apply to the scope described. Domain registration, hosting, premium themes/plugins, paid APIs, licences and third-party services are separate unless expressly included. Custom projects may use advance, milestone and final payments. Payment constitutes acceptance of the applicable service and commercial terms.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, content, branding materials, approvals, credentials and other resources reasonably required for delivery. Delays in these items may affect timelines.
4. Revisions and Scope
Reasonable revisions are provided according to the agreed service. Material changes to functionality, design, integrations or deliverables may be quoted separately.
5. Domain and Hosting
Domain and hosting charges are separate unless expressly included. Registration, renewal, hosting, licence and third-party charges remain payable by the customer. Trygg Montis is not responsible for interruption caused by non-payment, expiry or third-party provider issues.
6. Third-Party Services
Projects may use external hosting providers, APIs, payment gateways, plugins, software and other services. Trygg Montis is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, discontinuation or other matters controlled by those providers.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of custom deliverables transfers after all applicable project payments are received. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. Trygg Montis retains its pre-existing tools, reusable code, methodologies and general know-how.
8. Customer Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all content, images, trademarks, data and materials supplied for a project.
9. Liability
Trygg Montis will use reasonable professional care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites, networks, hosting or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, Trygg Montis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation and any applicable refund are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the work completed or costs incurred at the time of cancellation.
11. Acceptable Use
Services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious activities.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to competent courts in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
Trygg Montis may update these terms periodically. The current version published on the website applies from its effective date.
