These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Trygg Montis website and engagement for professional technology and consultancy services.
1. Services
Trygg Montis provides website development, custom software and digital systems, technical consultation, hosting and infrastructure management, workflow automation, and related technology services. The applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms.
2. Pricing and Engagement
Fees apply to the agreed scope. Domain registration, server hosting, paid APIs, third-party software licences, and external vendor charges are billed separately unless expressly included in writing. Custom projects may utilise milestone or advance schedules as stated in the applicable agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding assets, approvals, and credentials reasonably required for delivery. Timely communication ensures project milestones stay on schedule.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
Agreed scopes include reasonable revisions as specified in the service agreement. Substantial modifications to architecture, features, integrations, or scope will be evaluated and quoted separately.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Infrastructure
Systems may integrate external services such as cloud hosting providers, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, database providers, and API platforms. Trygg Montis is not liable for service interruptions, policy shifts, or outages originating from third-party providers.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full settlement of applicable fees, rights to custom client deliverables transfer to the client as stipulated in the contract. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, reusable components, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Trygg Montis or their respective open-source licensors.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat non-public operational data, credentials, and business information exchanged during the engagement with strict confidentiality.
